To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Products under the following conditions cannot be returned:
· Does not include all original accessories, attachments, or in original packaging, or any item that is not in new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents, or scratches.
· Any defect or damage of the product caused by improper use of or unauthorised modification to the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
· Battery and hand controller (with battery cell inside) cannot be returned from outside South Africa.
· On sale items or gift cards.
· The return request is not sent to Waydoo South Africa within the required 14 calendar day period.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You have up to 14 calendar days to start your return process from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return.
PLEASE NOTE
· You will need to pay a 10% restocking fee on any returns.
· We are NOT responsible for the correct protective packaging and return shipping cost of items.
· We are only responsible for the shipping cost for the return of the products with manufacturing defects. This amount will be reimbursed after inspection.
· Please DO NOT return any damaged products unless it has been confirmed by a member of our support team. If you do this, it may delay resolving your issue.

To exercise your right of return an item, you must contact us at info@waydoo.co.za within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Please send us an email stating your decision to return the item.
Step 1 To return an item within the required 14 calendar days period, from receiving your package. Please email us at info@waydoo.co.za to confirm your intention to return the item to us.
Step 2 After we confirm your return request, we will send you a return form with the return address. Please fill out the return form, print it out, and send it with the original purchase receipt and the item back to the return address.
Step 3 We will check your returned item within 3 business days after receiving the returned item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take 3-5 business days for your bank to process and post the refund. If you have not received the refund after 7 business days, please contact us via info@waydoo.co.za
RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
Please contact our support team through info@waydoo.co.za with the following information:
· The invoice number of the purchase.
· Your name and address.
· A description of the defect.
· Any further information reasonably requested by Waydoo to verify and support your request.
· Courier Waybill number and any evidence that may help to verify the item is damaged during transit. (You should always check goods before signing for delivery)
If you suspect the item is damaged during transit, please first file a claim with the courier before contacting Waydoo support team. Please make sure that you keep all evidence that may help to verify your case.
Our support team will verify your request. We will provide you its replacement if it is determined that the product is indeed defective from the factory or transit. The shipping cost for returning the defective product and shipping the replacement will be covered by us.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and notify the courier and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
First return the item you have received, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.Once you have successfully placed your order with www.waydoo.co.za, your order will be confirmed within 1 business days , and you will receive a confirmation email containing order details.
All orders are processed within 3 business days after the order is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Your order will be shipped via Courier from our South African warehouse. It usually takes 2-5 business days to be delivered. The final shipping cost is calculated by your chosen shipping method and delivery address at the check-out step.
